These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of seoeliteawards.com and related products or services operated by Seo Elite Awards (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Site” or “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) About the Services

We provide editorial content, awards, rankings, nominations, and related resources for SEO agencies and professionals. Content is informational and represents editorial opinion at the time of publication.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3) Nominations & Submissions

  • By submitting materials (case studies, metrics, logos, testimonials), you represent you have the right to share them and that they are accurate and lawful.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted materials to administer the awards, conduct evaluations, publish winners/shortlists, and promote the program.
  • We may request evidence, conduct spot checks, and decline or remove submissions at our discretion.

4) Judges, Methodology & Rankings

  • Judges are selected for expertise and diversity. Declared conflicts lead to recusal where appropriate.
  • Criteria may include performance data, technical audits, Baidu/international SEO expertise, innovation, and verifiable testimonials.
  • Rankings are editorial opinions, not statements of fact or guarantees of future results.
  • Methodology may evolve. Factual correction requests can be sent to [email protected].

5) Winner Badges & Brand Use

  • Winner/Finalist badges are provided “as is”. Do not alter wording or colors. Always link back to the official winners page.
  • Misuse of our marks or implying endorsement beyond the badge guidance is prohibited.

6) Intellectual Property

The Site (text, graphics, logos, badges, compilations, software) is protected by IP laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display our content without prior written consent.

7) Acceptable Use

  • No scraping, crawling, bulk extraction, or automated access beyond robots.txt and normal browser usage.
  • No malware, denial-of-service, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
